2012 Employment Plus Branding

Brand Standards are essential to the brand equity of any in-house creative department. After joining the Employment Plus team I was tasked with developing a Brand Standards Manual that would clearly define the current branding and establish long-term design principles. Standards were developed for design, production, storefront and messaging. The result was an enforceable set of Brand Standards that clearly-defined all areas that are needed to grow a strong brand, consistent throughout all touchpoints.
